Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date the customer received the order. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

*Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

INSTRUCTIONS

To complete your return or exchange, simply log in to your account and initiate a return request or send us an email at sales@wellsuitednyc.com If you don't have an account, please create one with the same email address you used to place your order.

Your printable return label will be e-mailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. A $5.99 fee will be charged when using the label to return items for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method of payment associated with your purchase.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at sales@wellsuitednyc.com and send your item(s) back with the return label emailed to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted. You may always contact us at sales@wellsuitednyc.com.

Final Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately,  final sale items cannot be refunded.

 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
